  1. Do you Wallaces come from Pennsylvania? Blaine Merle Culp (My Grandfather), married Elizabeth Leota Wallace 1st and then Hazel Evangeline Nelson second (my Grandmother) Elizabeth’s Parents were Michael Nye Wallace and Nancy Caroline Yahn. (unconfirmed)

Beaver PA and Elwood City, PA. are the towns they resided. Blaine grew up in PA for awhile before moving to Ohio. He married Elizabeth Wallace in Elwood City, PA

    1. Michael, I’m not sure where these Wallaces came from. This Wallace connection is through Bessie’s father, James C. Wallace, who married the sister of my great-grandfather, Mary Moore. I believe that James’ father is also a James, but census info indicates that his father was also born in Ohio (which, I know, can be erroneous.) I’ll let you know if I discover a Pennsylvania connection, though. 🙂
